Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

1. "Company" refers to Sanchit Software & Solutions Pvt. Ltd., operating the SmartBiz platform.

2. "Digital Products" or "Services" mean the digital business cards, stores, subscriptions, and related offerings available on SmartBiz.

3. "Orders" or "Subscriptions" signify requests made by You to purchase or subscribe to any Digital Products or Services.

4. "Website" or "Service" denotes the SmartBiz platform accessible at smartbizinfo.com.

5. "You" means the individual, business, or entity accessing or using the SmartBiz Services, including representatives acting on behalf of such entities.

6. Capitalized terms in this Agreement have the meanings assigned herein, whether used in singular or plural form.

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your SmartBiz subscription within 5 days of purchase without providing a reason.

No refunds will be issued

for digital subscriptions or services, as access is provided immediately upon payment per standard SaaS practices.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

All SmartBiz offerings - digital business cards, vCards, stores, and subscriptions -are non-refundable. Once payment is processed and account access granted, no returns or refunds apply due to the instantaneous digital delivery nature of our services.

Service Continuation During Cancellation Period:

Cancellations stop future billing but do not prorated refund current periods. Your account remains active through the billing cycle. Contact support for account deactivation if immediate termination is needed beyond the 5-day window.
